Who we are

Letsbenchit Ltd ("we") is the data controller for personal data processed through Carmov. Contact: info@carmov.co.uk.

What we collect

Account details — name, email, phone, password (stored hashed).
Job details — pickup/drop-off locations, vehicle details, references, notes.
Location — operators' live location while on duty, to match and track jobs.
Operator documents — ID, insurance and vehicle documents for verification.
Proof of service — photos and signatures captured at collection/delivery.
Payment data — handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

To provide and operate the service: matching jobs, dispatching operators, live tracking, taking payment, issuing invoices, verifying operators, preventing fraud, and customer support.

Sharing

We share the minimum necessary with the Operator assigned to your job (e.g. pickup/drop-off, vehicle, contact) and with processors such as Stripe (payments). We do not sell your data.

Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data, and object to certain processing. Email info@carmov.co.uk to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the ICO.
